I have been anxiously waiting to use the Jaclyn Hill palette for a full tutorial, so I finally sat down and played little with the colors. This will be a tutorial on how to get this look, I will do a full review on the palette in a later post. (Palette is currently sold out, however they will be restocking it).
So read below how to get this look: below
Applying Dior Forever Foundation, I usually apply this foundation to the areas I want to highlight.
Applying It Cosmetics Bronzer, to areas I would like to contour and also to add some color to the skin.
Buffing with a Morphe M439 Brush , Always try to keep the colors you added to your face in the same areas. Always buff outward.
Applying Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, Apply the concealer to the areas you want to highlight
Patting with a damp Beauty Blender
With a Morphe E41 applying Maybelline Powder, I only add it to the areas I put concealer
With a Morphe R2 applying Hula Bronzer
Applying Benefit Hula Bronzer, I always add to my cheek bones and around to top of the forehead, down my neck and around my jawline.
With a Morphe M530 applying Mac Margin Blush. Only apply to you cheeks and blend out
With one of many blending brushes applying silk creme to the whole lid, and into the crease
Going in with Pooter and adding to Crease and blending, starting to build the color
Adding Creamsicle to my lids. I loaded the color on the brush and patted it into the center and moved it outward
Going in with Roxanne and focusing on the outer end of eye and spreading inward up the crease
With a fine brush adding Jacz to the corners and buffing it in. BLEND BLEND BLEND
Adding Enlight to the center of lid
Adding Enlight to the outer corners of the eye and bringing it into the eyelid
Adding Enlight to the outer part of the eye
Going in with a small brush adding Creamsicle under the eye
Going in with Jacz to under the eye
Applying NARS black eyeliner, creating a wing. I always go back in with a fine brush and clean up the line.
Applying Loreal Lash Paradise Mascara
Applying Laura Mercier Highlight in 001
To Cheek bones, Cupids Bow
Applying KKW Beauty in Kimberly
And finally finished!! Add some setting spray and your look is done! Usually I would start with a good primer, however I actually forgot in this tutorial… oops.. but I did moisturize!!
Let me know what you think? Would you like another tutorial using the Jaclyn Hill Palette? It really has many colors and I could think of plenty of looks!
